How does DocPros select the best notary or attorney to accommodate a loan closing?
We have thousands of notary signing agents and attorneys throughout the nation. Our strict screening process insures that each notary or attorney is at the top of their field. We typically do not recruit, but rely on referrals from our partners in business and only accept the notary or attorney who is willing to comply with our requirements.
How does DocPros qualify their notaries?
Each notary and attorney is: 1. subject to a notary law and loan signing test and background check, 2. duly commissioned and bonded 3. required to submit proof of E&O Insurance and, 4. subject to ongoing audit. In addition, we are committed to continuing education and keep our independent contractors advised of new laws and lender requirements as the world of finance changes.
